    For individuals, we offer 1:1 Recovery Coaching and Meal Exposure Support, along with a range of additional services. Check out our services page to see how we can best support your recovery journey. For parents and carers, head here.

    We also offer structured programs, which are a series of individual coaching sessions bundled together to provide a clear, ongoing plan for your recovery. These programs are flexible and designed to match the level of support you require. Take a look at our programs page and choose which option is best suited to your needs.

  2. Book a Clarity Call


    We recommend starting with a free 15-minute clarity call.

    This is your opportunity to:

    • Share your needs and goals

    • Ask questions about our services and programs

    • Receive personalised guidance on the best path forward

    If you’re already sure and would prefer to start with an intake session right away, that’s completely fine too.

  3. Start With Your Intake Session


    Your first session is a 75-minute intake session where your recovery coach will:

    • Get to know you better and understand your needs

    • Discuss your recovery goals and plan

    • Lay the foundation for your recovery journey

    • Explore next steps for ongoing coaching and support

This session sets the stage for a personalised coaching experience tailored to your journey.
